This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") states the collection and usage of your data during your use of our website (the "Website") and/or our daton application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform" and the services provided thereunder shall be referred to as "Services". Saras Solutions India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Saras" or "Company"), is a Company, incorporated and organized under the laws of India and having its registered office at Flat No. 304, Surekha Towers, H.No. 24-1/21 Ashok Nagar, R.C. Puram, Medak, Hyderabad- 500032. The Company is the sole and exclusive owner of the Platform.

1. This Policy inter-alia covers the terms concerning the privacy of your Personal Information (as defined below) on our Platform including but not limited to information related to your past use of the Services offered on Platform, marketing channels, sales data from websites, user behavior data and any other database you use and individuals communication, between you and the Company or its affiliates, representatives, successors, permitted assigns. We are highly committed to the privacy of your Personal Information and in providing excellent services to all of our customers and visitors to the Platform. By visiting the Platform, you are hereby providing your consent, accepting to and are in satisfaction of the practices described in this Policy.

In reference to this Policy, the term 'Personal Information' shall mean and include information relating to identified or identifiable natural person such as name, e-mail address, user account log in information and password for such user account, mobile phone number, landline phone number, gender, date of birth, residential address, official address, all of which are stored on the Company's secure servers and/or in cookies on your computer.

6. Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data: Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App access to the following types of your Google data, the App's use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
   1. The App will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Google Analytics reporting data and settings to provide a web user interface that allows users to audit their settings and configurations and will not transfer this data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
   2. The App will not use this Google Analytics data for serving advertisements.
   3. The App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific data, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

1. We receive and store certain types of information such as the IP address of your machine/device from where and when you access Platform. Our server captures your activities for various analytical purposes.
2. We collect your Personal Information directly provided by you and/or automatically receive as you navigate through our Services and/or other marketing tools.
3. We use the information collected from you to provide analytics, data integration, to conduct research and for any other purpose.
4. Notwithstanding any Personal Information that may be collected by us when you voluntarily provide such Personal Information for the purposes of creation of any user account for the purpose of availing our Services, we may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and use of the Platform and other websites, which enables us to analyze the data and data integration.

And we use cookies to customize your experience and provide greater convenience each time you interact with us. We might make use of any Personal Information stored in the cookies only when it is provided by the user beforehand to the Website and does not contain personal identification information otherwise.
7. The users have the option of blocking or not allowing cookies, which is provided for by most of the web browsers alerting you every time a cookie is being delivered to your computer system. This may however, result in hindrances while navigating through and interacting with the Website.
8. In case you terminate your account with us your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or the termination of your account as residual information. This information will be used only for internal record keeping and legal compliance.

If you allow the App to access the address book on your Device through the permission system used by Platform, we may access and store names, contact and messages information from your address book to facilitate any form of interactions through our Services and for other purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.
7. By submitting your Personal Information, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. We welcome your views on the Platform and the Policy. However, submitting personally identifiable information is entirely voluntary. You are not required to register with us in order to browse our Website. Please note that we offer some services only to visitors who do register. At any point in time, you can correct and make changes to your Personal Information by accessing your information in My Account/ My Profile section of the Website/Mobile Application. Technical and non-personal information such as operating systems of the computer, Internet service provider, technical configuration of the computer, browser name and information, etc. may be collected by us during the user's interaction sessions with our Website. We may avail the services of Google Analytics to track customer usage pattern that requires certain information such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user, Internet domain and host names, browser software, date and time that the site is accessed, etc. all of which may be recorded for the purpose of tracking trends, statistics and usage pattern.

2. We provide certain required personal and contact information to affiliated companies or other trusted business partners for the purpose of providing the required service on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
3. Business Transfer: As we continue to develop our business, we might be acquired completely by a company or merge with any other company. 6. We have no control over and cannot protect Personal Information that you disclose in public areas of the Platform. If you disclose your Personal Information in public areas, it may be collected and used by third parties, without our or your knowledge. You agree that by displaying your Personal Information or photographs on the Platform and the internet, for the intention of showing the information / those photographs to your friends, family, acquaintances, clients, business partners, and others, that you are relinquishing certain traditional privacy rights, wherein anyone with access to the internet has the potential ability to view your information / photographs. If you do not wish to relinquish these traditional privacy rights, do not share your information / photographs. The information provided by you is stored in secure computers. Advanced security measures are used to prohibit access to our computers by unauthorized persons.
7. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or misuse of your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to any force majeure event.
8. In accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU residents have the following rights:
   1. Right to access- The right to obtain access to your Personal Information
   2. Right to erasure- The right to obtain the erasure of your personal information without undue delay in certain circumstances
   3. Right to rectification- The right to obtain rectification of your Personal
   4. Information without undue delay where that Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete
   5. Right to restriction- The right to obtain the restriction of the processing undertaken by us on your Personal Information in certain circumstances, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of that Personal Information. EU residents can exercise the right to opt out of the Platform by directly raising a request at the contact us section on our Platform. Also EU residents can contact the Data Processing Officer (DPO) for processing Personal Information.

When we receive complaints at this address, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. 1. In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim directly or indirectly caused by, arising out of or relating to this Policy will be governed by the laws of India.
2. The parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to first resolve the matter on an amicable basis, within a period of Sixty (60) days. No recourse to arbitration by one party against the other party under this Policy shall take place unless and until such procedure has been followed.
3. Any unresolved disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with the Policy shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be presided by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company.
4. The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and shall be held in Hyderabad, India.
5. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.
6. Subject to the above, you hereby submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Hyderabad, India.
